Services are provided by John Rayner, a Registered Architect with over 40 years experience as a leading architect in the areas of design management and project procurement. John is an IAMA trained expert witness, arbitrator and adjudicator. He is professionally trained to prepare reports that are technically correct and are written in plain English. The reports are able to withstand fundamental challenge in the Courts. Reports are prepared on a time charge basis plus out of pocket expenses.
